  Completely useless. Had a sick dog that I wanted her to check out. Sets up a date SIX DAYS out of range and claims winter days are a tough time.
  Basically lied and was her "kind" way of saying she didn't want to bother..
  
  Very lazy with returning calls. Avoid at all costs!!
