  I have had Wallace and Sons service my elevator for the past eight years. I have found them to be very responsive and thorough in their work. I trust that my elevator will run safely when they are providing the service and this is extremely important as I have renters who expect to be able to use it. When I had a dispute with my insurance company following lightening damage to my elevator, Wallace went the extra mile to provide the documentation I needed to be successful in my claim.
